When the Xandrians were first allowed to compete, it was framed as a concession. A vote. A compromise. A footnote to The Big Party.
In real time, it didn’t feel like history was being made. It felt procedural, carefully managed, deliberately vague, and tightly controlled by the High Council, the Chaos Broker Academy, and the Altaeth Union Bosses.
In hindsight, it was the opening move of a much larger conflict.
This is the story of how the Xandrians entered Chaos competitions, why their success unsettled the existing Accords, and how that pressure gave birth to the Accord Wars. A championship that may ultimately redefine power across the Firmament.
The Vote That Opened the Gate

All the time, all the public knew was simple: The Vote passed. The Xandrians were allowed to compete in the Second Chaos World Invitational, “The Big Party.”
Behind closed doors, two full rounds of voting were required before the Broker Council and High Council reached consensus. The details of those deliberations remain sealed, but the result was unmistakable: the gate opened.
Xandrian Handlers stepped into the Arena. Not as fully licensed Chaos Brokers, not ass an official Academy Accord, but as sanctioned participants. It was supposed to end there.
Performance Changes the Conversation

The Xandrians didn’t just show up. They performed.
Over 100 Xandrian Handlers entered the rush to The Big Party. More than expected reached the Gold Trials. XN-1014’s Clausius Agents, Orlin Mossrider, cracked the Top 10 during Gold Trial #4. Across one off SHard Battles in the Altareth River Valley, Xandrians logged match after match with steady, disciplined consistency.
And then the numbers started speaking louder than politics.
Despite being limited to one Permanent Agent Contract per Handler, the Xandrians climbed to the top of the Accord Reputation Leaderboard, outperforming Academy Accords that had every institution advantage. That’s when the tides shifted.
The Grand Finals Controversy
Critics quickly noticed something missing: No Xandrian appeared in the Grand Finals.
Padoccia Trade Union leaders accused the system of quietly sidelining Xandrians despite their qualifications. At first glance, the defense was straightforward: No Xandran had won a Gold Medal.
But closer inspection revealed a structural imbalance.
Gold Trial slots were prioritized for Academy licensed Brokers. Xandrians could only enter if space remained. SOme were bumped after registrering. Others never received starts despite holding Gold Tickets. Meanwhile, Academy Brokers - including those already qualified for the Grand Finals were permitted to continue entering Gold Trials, occupying slots Xandrians never had access to.
It wasn’t sabotaged at the finish line. It was an exception at the front gate.
A Second Petition and a Bigger Ask

Bolstered by performance and public scrutiny, the Xandrians and Padoccia submitted a second, far more ambitious request: Full Chaos Broker Licensure for Xandrian Handlers Recognition as a permanent Academy Accord
The response from the High Council and Academy was cautious but telling. A full review is underway.
At the same time, the Altereth Union Bosses saw opportunity.
The Birth of the Accord Wars

Fresh off record breaking viewership from The Big Party, the Union Bosses unveiled their next spectacle, The Accord Wars.
For the first time, Chaos competition would not crown individual champions, but Champion Accords.
Four factions were invited: - Ausian Pathfinders - Cunning Champions - Sovereign Warriors - Xandrian Handlers
Not as guests, but as competitors.
Each Accord Trial would span three matches. Trial Points would accumulate across weeks. Standings would persist. Momentum matters.
This wasn’t a one off Trial. It is an ongoing championship campaign.
And suddenly, the Xandrians weren’t arguing for inclusion, they were being measured directly against the Academy’s finest.
The Accord Wars all lead to the Accord Trophy Trial, where a single Accord will be crowned champion of the Accord Wars. Though, that doesn’t mean the Accord Wars stop. Accord Wars will reset and continue after each Accord Trophy Trial. Allowing each Accord to reset and fight for the leading spot on the Accord Wars leaderboard.
Going into the Accord Wars, there will be 32 seats available in the Trophy Trial and your teams standings will determine how many of those seats belong to your Accord in the Trophy Trial. The better you and your Accord perform overall in the Wars the better of chance you will have in the Trophy Trial. Twenty One Weeks In: Pressure on the Old Order

As the Accord Wars unfold, familiar patterns emerged, and then began to crack.
The Pathfinders surged early, establishing dominance. The Champions closed the gap week by week. The Warriors struck opportunistically.
And the Xandrians?
They showed up. Every week. Nearly every battle.
They still sit last on the Accord Wars leaderboard, but they continue to dominate REP overall, proving that effort, consistency, and engagement can rival raw institutional power.
That dual reality, lower Trial standings, higher REP, has sharpened the central question facing the Firmament: What defines legitimacy? Titles or performance?
Two Championships, One Future

Now, two spectacles run in parallel: - The Accord Wars, reshaping factional power through team based competition - The Third Chaos World Invitational, the next evolution of The Big Party, crowning solo champions through Bronze, Silver Gold, and Grand Finals
Together they represent something new: The full sportsmanship of Shard Battles, equal parts spectacles, strategy, danger, and politics.
Behind the scenes, decisions loom.
Performance in the Accord Wars may determine: - Whether Xandrians receive full Broker Licenses - Whether the Academy’s Accord structure itself changes - Who controls the next era of Chaos competition
Where This Leaves Us

What began as a quiet vote has become a fault line.
The Xandrians have moved from permission to pressure. The Accords are no longer protected by legacy alone. And the Accord Wars have transformed competition into a long game. One where consistency, participation, and coordination may matter more than pedigree.
The next Trials won’t just decide winners, they’ll decide who belongs. And for the first time, that question is being answered on the Shard Fields. Live, weekly, and in full view of the Firmament.
